MASS Design offers program management across North America and has completed over 800 projects ranging from 5,000 to 800,000 square feet.
We work with owners to find the most effective approach to the daily operation of each type of facility — starting at conceptual building and space programming, through site planning, real estate selection, initial budgeting, delivery selection, construction management, and finally occupancy.
We continue to support clients afterwards with yearly maintenance inspections, warranty agreements and asset management documentation, so the facility keeps running.
