The work
Design and land planning on a 100+ acre mixed use development. Working with the land owners, we implemented a plan to maximise development across the entire site — one that allows for alterations without sacrificing parcel developments or tenant spaces. The scope included design for all public utility infrastructure, roadway infrastructure, hydrology and stormwater management and traffic, along with coordination for phasing and public trail connections.
