Nick Sawka

Principal

Nick Sawka brings over 23 years of experience managing and supervising the design and construction of major commercial and private projects. His expertise includes all aspects of commercial land, industrial planning and design, including surveying, site development, erosion control, utility layout, water and sewer modeling and hydrology studies.

His experience in zoning, variances, predevelopment entitlements, land planning, site design, construction and compliance, coupled with his knowledge working with state and local agencies, ensures a complete and successful project for both the developer and the community.

Chris Lankford

Principal

Chris Lankford is a senior CAD design professional with over 30 years of extensive field experience. His expertise includes subdivision and commercial land development, subsurface utility design, groundwater treatment and remediation, geotechnical services, landfill design, and civil, survey, roadway and traffic engineering.

Being well versed in problem solving allows him to develop solutions to complex design dilemmas.

Director of Architecture

As Director of Architecture, Brian Coffman brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and design, space planning and project management to MASS Design. His portfolio spans commercial, tenant up-fit, light industrial, military and public transportation projects.

His attention to detail and years of experience across a wide range of project types allow him to deliver projects that are functional and successful.
