Design of a multi-tenant spec retail building shell in a previously developed shopping centre. The project involved working with multiple jurisdictions for approvals and connections to existing infrastructure, and included a new storm connection, water and sewer connections, new landscaping, a new site layout, and adjustments to meet ADA parking requirements.
