The work
The proposed project included design for new corporate offices and storage areas along with ancillary buildings for office and storage rentals. The scope included a new roadway with deceleration lane, force main and water connections, along with fire, power and gas to all the new buildings. The project contained an underground stormwater management system, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, coordination with adjacent properties, stream buffers and temporary erosion controls.
