The work
A new medical office building used as a shared urgent care and primary care facility. The client asked for a large waiting area with high ceilings; a glass storefront system was used there to bring natural light into the space. Programmed spaces included separate exam rooms for each medical use with shared staff spaces. The building included CT scanning and X-ray rooms with lead-lined walls, doors and windows. The exterior brick, stucco and pitched roof were implemented to meet the municipality's zoning requirements.
