The work
Tenant up-fit design services for a new winery and bar in an existing shopping centre. We performed an existing conditions assessment and field measurements, then created permit drawings for the space layout in coordination with MEP engineers. The primary design goal was a large meeting and tasting area with the bar as the focal point. The plans also include space to create, ferment and bottle wine for on-site consumption and sale, plus a small food preparation area for light appetisers.
